NEPA Miners Football & Entertainment bringing new talent to Scranton
The NEPA Miners have brought many talented football players to Northeastern Pennsylvania and have enjoyed many rewarding community service events in their off season.  The Miners organization continues to eliminate that semi-pro label and take minor league football in NEPA to a new level of family entertainment in their 2008 “Football for the Fans campaign."
The NEPA Miners Football and Entertainment organization will welcome an up and coming group from New York to its home venue this season. After this week’s minor league football game of the week versus the undefeated Predators, the Miners will host the Hudson County Bounty Hunters on September 6th and welcome the R & B group Minxx at half time. The Miners pride themselves in family entertainment and are delivering great football action and a concert all in one venue. Minxx recently won the Underground Music Award for Best female R&B Group. The event was @ B.B. Kings in Times Square in NY. The Miners offer our fans enjoying the most affordable night of family entertainment in Northeastern Pennsylvania at Scranton Memorial Stadium with Mayor Chris Doherty, the U.S. Marines, Buttons the Clown and the NEPA Miners Girls Entertainment Team on hand for this weekend’s game while having Minxx rock the Miners house on the 6th. Come out and support the Miners in their quest for a Regional American Football League Title and enjoy the shows, GO MINERS!
